"Easy return, no hassle"
I ended up having to return a candle because I chose the wrong scent, totally my fault. The returns info was easy to find, which was good, and I got a reply quickly too. Sent it back, and the refund came through sooner than I thought it would. No awkward back and forth, no fuss. I’d definitely order from candleemporium.co again, just maybe I’ll pay more attention to the scent next time...

"Nice eco-friendly packaging, solid candle"
I really liked that the packaging was mostly paper and not a bunch of plastic. The candle burns nicely too, and you can tell it’s a decent quality one. It did take a little longer to arrive than I expected, but overall I’m happy with it

"Smells nice, just not for long"
I did like the smell, it was really nice at first. But it only kind of lasted for maybe two evenings, and then it was basically gone. So yeah, good scent, but the staying part was not very there.

"Worth a look if you’re candle shopping"
I only went on candleemporium.co to grab one candle, but ended up having a proper browse because there’s so much choice. They’ve got loads of scents, sizes and brands, so if you’re buying for yourself or trying to find a nice gift, it’s a handy place to check first. Prices felt reasonable too. The site was easy to use and I found what I needed without any hassle. if you like candles or need a quick gift idea, I’d say it’s worth having a look. I’ll definitely be going back when I need a top-up.

It looks really nice. I wasn’t expecting to care that much about how it looked, but it actually has a clean, polished feel to it. Kind of reminded me of when you randomly tidy up one corner of a room and suddenly feel like you have your life together. Anyway, I’m happy with it overall.

"Decent scent, but not as clean-burning as I’d hoped"
The candle smelled nice enough, but after a few uses I noticed black soot building up around the glass, which was disappointing for the price. I was hoping for a cleaner burn. When I tried to figure out if this was normal, I kind of felt passed around and didn’t really get a clear answer, so overall it left me a bit let down

I ordered a couple of candles from candleemporium.co, they were okay but nothing amazing. One burned nicely, but the other started tunneling even though I gave it a proper first burn, which is kind of the basic thing you’d expect to help avoid that. The scent was pleasant and not overpowering, so no complaints there, but the wax quality felt a bit inconsistent to me. Not bad by any means, just fairly average. I’d maybe order again if there was a good deal on.

"Lovely strong scent without being too much"
I ordered a couple of candles from candleemporium.co.uk a little while ago, I think it was late last month, or maybe the start of this one, I can’t quite remember. Either way, I’ve been really impressed. The scent fills the room quickly, but it’s not that overpowering, headachey kind of strong. Even after I blow the candle out, the smell seems to linger for ages, which I really like. Definitely happy with them and I’d happily buy again

I ordered a couple of candles from candleemporium.co.uk and, the sizes were pretty much exactly what was shown. I was already feeling a bit mentally drained when I placed the order, so I really didn’t want any surprises, and thankfully they matched the measurements well.
One jar did look a tiny bit shorter than I had imagined, but that’s probably on me for not checking the details properly. Overall, I’m happy with how accurate the sizing was and I’d order from them again.

"Wish I’d Found Them Sooner"
I’ve ordered from Candle Emporium a few times now i kind of regret not trying them earlier. The delivery has been spot on every time, parcels show up when they say they will, and there’s no chasing or hassle. My last order was packed really well and even arrived quicker than I expected. Just a really easy, reliable experience.
